Tlacolula Tomato
Solanum lycopersicum
The Tlacolula tomato, Solanum lycopersicum is a strange tomato originally found in Tlacolula, Mexico. Fruits have a roughly pear shape, with prominent ribs. Skin ripens to a pretty red-pink color. Flesh is mild in flavor and the fruits have a highly distinctive look when sliced. Reminds us of Zapotec Pink Ribbed. Open pollinated Indeterminate, 65-75 days from transplant.
