This squash has light yellow fruits with very sweet flesh.The squash Can be stored several months in a cool, dry place. It is a strange vegetable in that the inside has a Spaghetti like inside and can be eaten like such. They can be bake or boiled and a great pasta alternative. The fruits can to around 3 to 6 Lbs and from 6 to 10 inches long. Plants or vine get to 12 feet long with 4 to 5 fruits per vine. We really like to cook them over a grill and eat them right out of the shell! Seeds are also great roasted. Open pollinated 100 days.
