Here is the Parisian White Cucumber, Cucumis sativus. The Parisian Cucumber is a old French heirloom variety that dates back to the early 1800's. This is a white version and is one of the whitest varieties we ever seen! Fruits can get to 11 inches long and stay white all the way to full ripe. Its best to eat them when they are 4" long and very crispy. Delicious and smooth flavor make them great for pickling. Good producer and stays crisp in storage. Open pollinated 50 to 70 days from transplanting.
