Here is the Pink Tiger Pepper, Capsicum chinense, Scoville units: 200,000 ~ 350,000 SHU. This pepper variety is known for it's fantastic patchy, stripping effect it gets under the right conditions. It is said it originated from Italy (Mojo peppers) but from our research it may not have, their is no evidence as to where and who created it. It is a bushy plant that can get to 4' tall and produce dozens of pods! The pepper plant in this video is about 2 years old already. It is a cross between the Pimenta de Neyde x bhut jolokia. Most of the time it makes pale white pods covered with purple patches and get to 3 inches long. You can Grow it as an ornamental, or in the vegetable garden, or both! Open pollinated, 85 days.
